Electric utility company

Piece of advice, never rent a complex that is owned by Pro Admin. It’s a complete scam. Moved out of an apartment managed by them with all our bills up to date and they promised us our deposit back. 6 months later nothing has been done. They keep telling us it will be deposited shortly but nothing. A complete SCAM! Don’t ever use them. If only I could a zero star because that’s what they deserve.

Absolutely pathetic service from manager. Mr Patel has no customer service ethics whatsoever. Not willing to assist or go the extra mile to help customers. After one of their high performance batteries which has a 2 year guarantee starting giving me problems after only just a year he refused to assist, spoke arrogantly and took a call in the middle of our conversation. I would much rather pay double the price then receive this level of poor service.Other staff I store were far more helpful and decided to give my battery a full charge I store to determine if there is actually a fault with it. Deltec Durban is in need of new management desperately.

Eskom load reduction scheduled between 5am & 9am for Cosmo city has now passed,but we still don't have electricity nor update.Eskom is there a problem we should be aware of?1hr 30m has now passed,please communicate

Terrible service. Cannot get hold of anybody on the phone. No responses to emails. Let raw sewerage run through the complexes they manage. Disgusting.

Meima Power house re-wired our upgraded offices at Gods tabernacle Christian Family Church in Seshego, installed new lights that uses solar systems and also advised us on how to save electricity and now the church is happy and saving a lot of money. Thank you Meima Power house. God bless you.
